Based on feedback received through a questionnaire we sent out a few months ago, which we thank photographers for filling out, we've added a big package of useful features to SelectPhoto.
Selected photos limit
Do you offer packages where clients can select a certain number of photos? Then you'll appreciate the new option to set a limit on the number of photos a client can mark and select. You can set the number of photos in the Album editor. Information about the limit and the current number of selected photos will then be displayed to the client in the info box during the selection process. When the limit of photos is reached, the client will be shown an information message and prevented from marking more photos. The feature of setting a limit on the number of selected photos is available for all SelectPhoto users.

Photo pricelist
Users of the Pro version of SelectPhoto can set the price for marking a photo and selecting a print. If the price calculation is subsequently enabled in the Album editor, clients will then see how much they will pay for their selection for guidance while marking photos. The photographer will then see the price of the client's selection on the Photo selection card in the Album editor. Payments are not facilitated by SelectPhoto at this time, and is up to the agreement between the photographer and the client. Setting the price for marking a photo and print format prices can be done in the Account settings. The price for marking a photo can then be individually adjusted for each album.

Improved export
Another thing that users of the Pro version will appreciate is the improved export of album selections. In the new window for exporting selections to different formats, you'll also find a list of photo names that you can copy to the clipboard by clicking the mouse and then paste into your favorite graphics program or file manager's search box to filter the client's marked photos. You can then simply move the filtered photos to another directory for further processing.
By default, the list of photo names is generated from the photos displayed in the selection table. If you select specific photo names in the table, only the selected ones will be included in the list.

History of album and selection status changes
SelectPhoto now records a history of the album and selection status changes. You can view the history in the Album editor by clicking the clock icon with an arrow, either for the entire album or individual client selections. This way, you'll always know exactly when an album was sent or when a client viewed and submitted their selection. As a result, this will give you a much greater overview of the orders and their progress.

Bulk actions with albums
Bulk actions speed up and streamline your work, so we've improved SelectPhoto to allow you to change the status of multiple albums in bulk, which comes in especially handy when finalizing and closing multiple albums at once. In addition, we added the ability to bulk export albums to Excel, with individual selections being output to separate sheets of the Excel file. To use bulk actions, first select multiple albums in the album list page via the checkboxes on the album cards or by using the Ctrl/Cmd + left mouse click combination. The red button will then pop up from the bottom right corner when you hover over it to display the bulk actions menu.
Invoices
In the license order details, you can now download a PDF invoice. The invoice can also be found as an attachment in the order confirmation email.

Improved date inputs
One final, minor improvement is improved date inputs when creating a new album and in filters, so you can now quickly and directly select the desired month and year using the drop-down menus without having to scroll through all the months.
